My name is Nina I have 9 month old baby that I breast feeding. I would like to stop breastfeeding and give him formula, could you suggest to me how I start the bottle?

This page by the NCT (the UK's largest parenting charity) has information about using formula.

You'll also need to think about stopping breastfeeding - it can be hard to stop all at once - both physically and emotionally for both you and your baby. Some mothers like to change one feed a day to formula and see how that goes, and then once that's working for you you can change another and so on. Kellymom has some useful pointers about stopping breastfeeding.

Be sure that this is what you really want to do, it can be hard work to get your milk supply up again once you've reduced it. Is there an underlying problem that you're hoping this will help with?
