I was wondering what's the best way to fight jet lag for a toddler? At around 6-month, the baby travel w/ me and wife overseas (Asia) and back, and the jet lag took a little over a week to wore off (he'll go to sleep at regular time around 8-9pm but always wake up around 3am). He's traveling to with mom to Asia again, and I am trying to prepare for when he comes back. Any suggestions?
