Pizza buns are good and relatively fast. Take English muffins and top with your favorite pizza ingredients then bake. If desired, you can make them more healthy by using whole wheat English muffins. These have the added advantage of being easy to tailor to specific food preferences or dietary requirements.

They are also good, because the kids can help assemble them with whatever toppings they want to try. Then you don't have to go through the argument of what toppings go on the pizza if no one has to share their pizza.
