What is a good recipe for a first birthday cake?

We're looking for something that isn't sugar free, but also isn't completely full of sugar.

We ended up going with a regular marble cake c/o Betty Crocker and an adapted homemade cream cheese icing with 1/4 of the sugar and chocolate. She loved it.
