My daughter for the past 2 weeks has been really constipated. The doctor gave me a laxative for her. Since she's been having that my daughter is starting to poo every day but really struggles and sweats. When it comes out its really hard and a weird greeny pinky colour. Has anybody ever come across this before if so what caused it and what advice can you give me? |

My pediatrician said that as long as a baby's bowl movements are earth tones (green, brown, tan) not to worry. With that said, I wander if the pink is reflective of blood in her stool, either from staining to pass hard stool, or from another problem. If you haven't already, I would call your pediatrician and ask. |
