Possible Duplicate:
To vaccinate or not to vaccinate?

So, I've heard a whole lot about both sides of the argument but have yet to find someone who can lay it out for me in a completely non-biased way. I take a very holistic (natural) approach to my life, but wonder if there are something that just aren't worth the risk.

Although I've been told by doctors that the link between autism or siezures and vaccinations is not proven and quite ridiculous, I do know two families that credit the needles to their child's disorders. On the other hand, I have also heard of a newborn baby in my community passing away because she did not get vaccinated (she died of meningitis).

Does the risk of death by rare disease if not vaccinated outwiegh the risk of autism/seizures if the child does get the needles?

All opinions are welcome (and encouraged)

This question is very very close to the other one, so we should keep the answering in one place.
