Is it normal that my kid is too tall?

My son will be 7 in October. His height is 143cm and his weight 43 kg. After lots of blood tests and x-rays, we are told 2 different things from different doctors.

First one said he is going to puberty soon and stops growing and will stay even shorter than other children, so he gave my son shots to stop the body of going through puberty.

Second one told us that everything about hormones are fine except age of the bone which is more than 10 yo. It is not normal but she was not sure what the problem is. Growth hormone was normal, so he was not a gigantic kid.

Other than that I noticed an unusual growth of hair on his pubic, but again no sign of puberty in his testicles! I am very concerned about him; what else can I do to make sure that he is a normal boy?
