I am 9 weeks pregnant and my expected date of delivery is Aug 4, 2011. I am 4'11 in height and is curious to know when will i start showing my pregnant belly (& how much) and how difficult will be for me to carry the baby in later stages. Also i am interested to know what kind of exercises can i do to make myself comfortable in third trimester.

My primary care doctor suggested pilates, since they strengthen your core muscles (stomach and back) which will be very handy come labor time.

As far as exercises, I would recommend prenatal yoga. I did a class during the last half of my most recent pregnancy and I found it helped a great deal with reducing swelling and managing the aches and pains of the third trimester.
