I am considering purchasing a used a Bugaboo Cameleon pram/pushchair. From what I can tell, there was a design change not long ago which included changing from air filled tires to foam filled tires.

I have the old air-filled tires and they were fine -- only a few times had to be pumped. The foam ones make much more sense and are probably lighter as well. I'm not aware of a design change but I'm around tons of Bugaboo strollers on a daily basis (new moms and not so new moms) and they all look the same to me! Have you checked out the Bugagoo website yet? That might be the best place to start! Good luck! The bugaboo site only shows the current models. I was hoping to learn about the differences between the current and previous models.
